I suppose it's a cross between a 'D' and a 'G' so I'll tab it as D/G. I think it's played over the say it ain't so bit aswell instead of letting it just ring, but do it the way you prefer it. On the last line of the song it goes into a CODA. This is my interpretation (chord for chord this time).
